Who chooses the railway location?
They do. Railway locations are chosen and changed after the display arrives, using a phone or computer — not during checkout — so the gift doesn’t commit them to a particular place.
What do they need to use it?
2.4 GHz Wi-Fi with internet access. It runs on a rechargeable battery or stays connected by USB-C. Battery life varies with refresh settings and Wi-Fi conditions. A USB-C cable is in the box; a mains power adapter isn’t.
Does it come gift-wrapped, or can I add a note?
It ships in simple, protective packaging — it isn’t gift-wrapped, and there’s no gift-note option at checkout. Order and dispatch emails go to whoever places the order, so you’re free to wrap it and add your own note.
When will it arrive?
Price and delivery timing will be confirmed before ordering opens.. Once dispatched, delivery usually takes around two working days after dispatch, although remote destinations can take longer. Delivery to the UK and Isle of Man is included in the price — see our delivery information.
