Where we deliver, and when.
Orders are currently paused. Join the waiting list and we’ll email you when ordering opens, with the delivery timing confirmed.
When it ships
Normally dispatched within 1–2 working days, using a tracked Royal Mail service. Delivery usually takes around two working days after dispatch, although remote destinations can take longer.
Tracking is provided, and a signature is not normally required. You will get a dispatch email when your unit is on its way, with tracking details.
Where we deliver
Delivery is included to England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, the Scottish islands and the Isle of Man.
The Channel Islands are not currently supported. We do not charge a remote-area surcharge for any destination we do deliver to.
Note that delivery territory and rail-data coverage are different things — we deliver more widely than the live data covers. See coverage before ordering if you are unsure whether your location is supported.
Your address
We collect your delivery address when you order, and use it only to send your unit and to deal with anything that goes wrong in transit. It is shared with the courier for that purpose and nothing else. See our privacy notice.
Need to change an address after ordering? Email [email protected] with your order reference as soon as possible.
If it doesn't arrive
Tell us and we will sort it out — a lost or damaged parcel is our problem to resolve, not yours to chase the courier over. See returns and faults.
