The terms of the programme.

Joining

Taking part is by application and at our discretion. We may decline an application without giving a reason, and we may end an affiliate arrangement at any time — commission already earned on completed orders is still paid.

You take part as an independent person or business. Nothing here creates employment, partnership or agency, and you are responsible for your own tax and any registration your circumstances require.

Your code and link

You are given a discount code and a referral link. An order is credited to you when your code is used at checkout — following your link fills the code in automatically, but the code is what carries the attribution.

Please don’t post your code to voucher or deals sites, bid on our brand name in paid search, or present yourself as Lineside Ink. Codes found circulating this way will be deactivated.

Your code is for your audience, not for your own purchases.

Commission

Commission is 10% of the amount the customer actually pays, unless we have agreed a different rate with you in writing. It is calculated on the discounted total, not the list price, and excludes nothing else — delivery is included in the price.

Commission is earned when an order is paid for. It becomes payable once the 14-day cancellation period has passed without the order being cancelled or returned.

If an order is later refunded, cancelled or charged back, its commission is removed from your balance. If it had already been paid to you, it is offset against future commission.

Payment

We pay by bank transfer against an invoice from you. We do not store your bank details — send them with each invoice.

Amounts are in pounds sterling. Where you are VAT registered, invoice us accordingly; where you are not, invoice the commission figure as shown.

Changes

We may change these terms or the commission rate. Changes apply to orders placed after we tell you, never retrospectively to commission already earned.
